Republic of Indonesia (RI), or Indonesia is a country in Southeast Asia, is located on the equatorial line, and between Asia and Australia and between the Pacific Ocean and Indian Ocean. Consisting of 17,508 islands, Indonesia is the largest archipelago country in the world. With a population of 222 million in the year 2006, Indonesia is a country with the fourth largest in the world and the countries which has the world’s largest Muslim, although not officially Islamic country. Indonesia is a form of republican government, with the House of Representatives (DPR) and the president elected directly.

Jakarta is the capital of the country. Indonesia borders with Malaysia on Borneo island, with Papua New Guinea island in Papua and East Timor in the Timor island. Other neighboring countries are Singapore, the Philippines, Australia, and the union territory Andaman and Nicobar Islands in India.

Papua

Papua is a province of Indonesia which is located in the western part of the island of Papua New
Guinea or the west. East Hemisphere is a country of Papua New Guinea or east of New Guinea.

Irian is the origin of the word to the Republic of Indonesia Anti-Netherlands. And the name changed
to Irian Jaya by Soeharto at the time branded mine copper and gold Freeport, the name still used
officially until 2002.

West Papua

West Papua (formerly Irian Jaya Barat) is a province of Indonesia which is located in the western part of Papua Island. Manokwari is the capital. Papua and West Papua provinces, which have a special autonomy status. This area includes the area of the provincial head of a bird island and Papua island around them. In the north, this province is limited by the Pacific Ocean, the western boundary with the province of North Maluku and Maluku provinces, the eastern part limited by Cenderawasih Bay, Seram Sea to the south and southeastern borders with the province. West Papua has been made even though this province apart, but still get special treatment as mainland provinces.

North Maluku

North Maluku is one of the provinces in Indonesia. Province of the commonly abbreviated as Malut consists of several islands in Maluku.

Maluku

Maluku is a province in Indonesia. Ambon is the capital. In 1999, some areas Maluku Province split into North Maluku Province, with its capital in Sofifi. Maluku consists of a cluster of islands known as the Maluku Islands.

South Sulawesi

South Sulawesi is a province in Indonesia, yanng located in the southern island of Sulawesi. Makassar
is the capital, formerly called Ujungpandang

South Sulawesi Province is located in the 0 ° 12 ‘- 8 ° South Latitude and 116 ° 48′ – 122 ° 36 ‘East
Longitude. Wide area 62482.54 km ². Province is bordered by Central Sulawesi and West Sulawesi
in the north, the Bay of Bone and Sulawesi in the east, Makassar in the west, and the Flores Sea in
the south.
